How much does a website cost?
There is no fixed price, because a website can be one page or a hundred. Every build is custom designed around what your business actually needs to win work. If you are after a cheap templated site that needs replacing in two years, we are honestly not the right fit.
How long does it take to build a website?
Roughly 10 to 12 weeks from scratch, covering kickoff, design, copy, development, testing and training. An express option is available at extra cost when a deadline genuinely demands it.
What is your payment process?
Payments are staged against milestones you approve: one to start, one when the designs are signed off, and the balance before the site goes live. Each stage only begins once you are happy with the last, and nothing unexpected appears in between.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo files and any photos or videos you want on the site. Everything else, including the writing, is on us. One honest warning from experience: gathering content always takes longer than owners expect, so start early, because the build cannot enter development until the content is agreed.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, from your input. You know your offer and your proof better than we do; turning that into words that sell is our job. You will not be sent a blank document two weeks before launch.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
Yes. Once the site goes live we enable a 60-day warranty covering technical issues. It does not cover breakage caused by changes made at your end, but if something we built misbehaves, we fix it.
Will it work on mobile?
Always. 70 to 80% of visitors to your site will be on a mobile device, so every website we build is fully responsive as standard, and we design for the phone first.
Do I own it, and can I edit it myself?
Yes to both. Ownership transfers to you in full at handover, and we deliberately build in a way most developers can support, so you are never locked to us. You get a one-on-one training session and a site you can update yourself. Changing a phone number should never require an invoice from us.
How do you approach SEO?
Every build includes keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO and content creation as foundations, so Google can find you from day one. Ongoing SEO is a separate service if you want to keep climbing.
